Though we try to make the system as clear and easy to use as possible, it is important to check your confirmation email and make sure we have confirmed the company, rate and any other details you had selected. It is far easier to clear up any problems or misunderstandings before you travel than afterwards.

WORKING OUT THE FINAL TOTAL YOU WILL PAY:
After receiving a list of quotes you will see one price to the far right labelled estimated rental price and a lower figure to the left labelled daily rate. The estimated rental price is the estimated total which includes all known rates, taxes, fees and surcharges that the car rental company is displaying at the time of the quote. This figure excludes optional extras such as CDW and insurance which can be arranged at the desk or by yourselves.

BOOKING A CAR FOR LESS THAN 24 HOURS:
You can book an airport car rental that will involve returning the rental car on the same day. All you need to do is input the return date as one day later but return the rental car the same day. The system simply doesn't allow less than one days charge but the rental car can still be returned the same day.

WHEN THE SYSTEM DOESN'T ALLOW THE INPUT OF YOUR AIRPORT:
Sometimes when a city has more than one airport, or the airport isn't an area name, it will say invalid entry. Just go back and put the name of the city or airport code only, you will then be given a choice of possible airports to select.

IS OUR GUIDE TO THE TYPE OF VEHICLE FOR EACH CLASS A GUARANTEE OF THE CAR YOU WILL BE RENTING?
No. The chart of cars and the class they apply to is only for a guide to the type of vehicle you can expect to rent. Each company will use different vehicles and these can change according to availability and location. We cannot guarantee any particular vehicle that may be implied or requested. For more information on each company and there car rental types you will need to contact the company directly.

WILL THE CAR COMPANY THAT CONFIRMS YOUR RESERVATION BE THE SAME COMPANY PROVIDING THE RENTAL?
Not always. Some car companies have affiliates they use.

CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON DRIVE THE RENTAL CAR?
Yes this is not normally a problem. However you will have to notify the car rental company and each additional person will have to meet the requirements of the individual car rental company. These will be with regard to age, credit card, driving and other rental qualifications. An additional fee may be required and the additional drivers may be required to be at the counter at the time of rental.

WHAT WILL I PAY FOR CROSSING INTERNATIONAL BORDERS? AND WILL I BE ALLOWED TO DO THAT?

I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD, CAN I STILL MAKE A RESERVATION?
Only a credit card can be used to reserve a car. Debit cards and other forms of payment are not accepted.

THERE ARE TWO PRICES, ONE LOWER ON THE RIGHT, THE OTHER HIGHER ON THE LEFT
The first price which shows on the far right is the base rate. This is the industry standard way of comparing prices. It excludes optional extras, local fee's and taxes. The figure on the row underneath this and on the left side is higher. It is the total including all known local fee's and taxes but excluding insurance and optional extras such as CDW.

CAN I PICKUP AND DROP A RENTAL ON THE SAME DAY?
Yes, just input the following day as the drop-off day and then return early. 24 hours is the minimum charged rental period.

CAN I RESERVE A RENTAL CAR FOR A PERIOD OF MORE THAN 30 DAYS?
No, this is not possible. A period of more than 30 days cannot be entered into the system.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE RATE RULES FOR MY CHOSEN SUPPLIER/RATE?
To see the rate rules specific to your chosen company/rate you need to do the following. First, click the BOOK NOW button. Then scroll down the booking page to the section labeled GENERAL RATE RULES. At the bottom of this section is a link saying CLICK HERE FOR DETAILED RULES REGARDING THIS RESERVATION. When you click this link a window will pop up with the specific rate rules regarding this rate/supplier.
