No. The chart of cars and the class they apply to is only for a guide to the type of vehicle you can expect to rent. Each company will use different vehicles and these can change according to availability and location. We cannot guarantee any particular vehicle that may be implied or requested. For more information on each company and there car rental types you will need to contact the company directly.

WILL THE CAR COMPANY THAT CONFIRMS YOUR RESERVATION BE THE SAME COMPANY PROVIDING THE RENTAL?
Not always. Some car companies have affiliates they use.

CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON DRIVE THE RENTAL CAR?
Yes this is not normally a problem. However you will have to notify the car rental company and each additional person will have to meet the requirements of the individual car rental company. These will be with regard to age, credit card, driving and other rental qualifications. An additional fee may be required and the additional drivers may be required to be at the counter at the time of rental.

Only a credit card can be used to reserve a car. Debit cards and other forms of payment are not accepted.

No, this is not possible. A period of more than 30 days cannot be entered into the system.

Please note all reservations are made via the Cartrawler booking engine.
In the event of a cancellation of a booking when the entire rental amount is payable on arrival, there is no fee for a cancellation but you still need to cancel your reservation through our Cartrawler Website using this form:>>>Cancel
You will also receive a phone number to use for all enquires in your booking voucher.
Cancellation of a booking must be made at least forty eight (48) hours before the rental is due. You must cancel your booking here:
Do not cancel your booking with the car rental agent directly as additional fees may apply. In the event of a cancellation notice being made via this link:
within seven (7) days of the car rental booking date and at least forty eight (48) hours before the rental of the vehicle is due all funds will be reimbursed. If the cancellation is received outside seven (7) days of the car rental booking date and at least forty eight (48) hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to commence pursuant to a booking made on this booking engine all funds except a cancellation handling/ administration fee and the non-refundable Administration Charge (Card processing fee) where applicable, will be reimbursed.
In the event of a cancellation notice of which is received less than forty eight (48) hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to commence pursuant to a booking made on this booking engine no funds paid will be reimbursed to you, unless the entire rental amount has also been pre paid to CarTrawler (who power the booking engine) will retain 3 days rental and Administration Charge (Card processing fee) where applicable.
It is the responsibility of the consumer to personally cancel any other ancillary product that they may have purchased in conjunction (Side by side) with their vehicle reservation, i.e. EXCESS COVER INSURANCE through third parties like Mondial. In the event that you cancel or amend a credit/debit card booking CarTrawler will not be liable for any monetary losses suffered by you as a result of a change in monetary exchange rates between the time of your original booking and its subsequent cancellation or amendment (as applicable).
